Dirty towels in the bathroom and bedroom, and the floors, counters, sofa, coffee table, and bathroom were all uncleaned. Reception was unreachable by phone, and email got no response until the next day. I walked to the reception in another building, waited 20 minutes to get in, and the receptionist showed no surprise and no apology. Cleaners came and did a quick 30-minute job, replacing sheets but only leaving 2 hand towels. The bed was just a wooden slatted base with a memory foam topper – no actual mattress, and not comfortable. Heating was managed by reception, but they didn't answer after 8pm. The coffee shop for breakfast was nowhere to be found, and no one in the area knew of it.”
